What started off as a small community has ended up with hundreds of thousands of users and visitors on a monthly basis. Since we began sponsoring the project we've invested nearly ten thousand dollars in the infrastructure and support of e107.
That only begins to scratch the surface of the sacrifices we've made to keep e107 up. Throughout the years hundreds of hours have been put into managing, securing and optimizing the servers. Throughout early 2004 and 2005 the site underwent several massive attacks that included many sleepless nights for our team.
Over the years e107's needs have grown and will continue to grow. From the initial semi-dedicated hosting to the dual opteron system that the site is currently housed on there been increasing costs in hosting the project.
